The science behind Equazen®

Public health guidelines recommend one portion of oily fish per

provides a convenient way to increase your intake of omega‑3 and omega‑6 fatty acids. Equazen is used as a supplement of the diet, not to replace a varied balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Recommended dosage

Suitable for use in children aged 3 years onwards and adults

Starting dose: Take 2 jellies per day for the first 3 months.

Maintenance dose: Take 1 jelly per day thereafter.

Active ingredients

Essential fatty acids (EPA, DHA & GLA)

Each Jelly contains:
Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil concentrated) 548 mg, of which:

  • EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 279 mg
  • DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 88 mg

Omega-6 fatty acids (Borage oil) 142 mg, of which:

  • GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) 30 mg
